BEFORE starting a subscription or renewing, please update your HWID in your member profile. Your license is based upon the HWID you have in your profile at the time of either your subscription start or renewal. If you made a mistake and accidentally did not enter your HWID, you will need to message either myself or Gauntlet with your current HWID. We will be able to tell if your old HWID has been activated on the 'new' license or not, if it has we will NOT be able to help you unless you provide us with a deactivation code. If you are unable to provide this code, you will not be able to regain service and must continue to use your old HWID.

ALL PREVIOUS LIFETIME MEMBERS: Please PM Gauntlet and myself your HWID and old username if your license is no longer working properly after the update.
