I did enter my HW id but I did it from another window during checkout and I don't think it took. Can you help?

In a situation like that, it's usually better to e-mail for a faster response. It looked like it was setup using your old HWID, so the change didn't go into effect in time. I can change it, but it seems that you started a new account to solve the problem.
