I've been working on a Skyrim Mod Tool, and have made some good progress. At the moment you can edit:

Gold
Lock Picks
Stats (Health, Magicka, Stamina, Carry Weight, etc)
Skills (Archery, etc)
General Statistics
All Global Variables
Basic inventory

I'm working on adding in spells/perks. Anything else people would like put in?

Is there any way to give yourself experience in any of the skills? Like say your one handed skill is at 33 for all the spots that it shows up, when you change it to 100, it changes it to 100 without giving you the levels or the perk points. Is there any other way to do that.

I never looked for it, since it lets you modify perk points directly.

even though there grayed out you should beable to add them.
ex, when i start a new CC after we get out of the intro, i add 170 skill points. ( leaving me one shy of all of them because i never get that parlize shot for the bow, due to it can F.. up your long range shots.). Then i Lvl my new blood to 81 (most the time using a massive amount of gold for trainers that i edited in)
skills to use trainers on
2 hand
one hand
Bow
Sneak (Optional)
DIstruction (Runes are faster but still take for ever)

ones you can get realllllly fast
Alch
( just make fortify rest. potions and keep making the stronger and it will max out in like 10 potions)
smth
( Just make a 30000% smithing increase armor or potion and upgrade somthing on the grindstone or the armor table. i useally go from base to max using 1 iron bar and one iron dagger)
Block/LIght,heavy armor
( put the game on master, In truth thats how a always play, up grade your armor/sheild with the 30000% smithing item. Find Giants Piss them off Get a book, or take a shower come back about 30-45 min later and bamo 100, the sheild you may have to watch it as their power swings will knock the sheil down so you will have to repress the buttion. )
Speach
( Black Brier Meadery dude at the front counter you have to have a 20 in speach to pass the speach challenge repeate the challenge untill maxed ( side note turn off the sound or the sound of voices because that guy will drive you bonkers.)

Now to top off the one handed i use 2 wood axes and find some bandits and leave one alive (Perfered the leader due to health ) and keep knocking their health down and healing them

Bow and Arrow get you about 100000 or weak arrows and a long bow and just go shoot s@*t the closer you are the better so the arrow does not have a large area to travel.

Two handed goes a lot faster then one handed but has the same tech

sneak (Get the fork or knife from Riftion) buy a horse and walk it up to a wall get behind it and sneak when the eye closes strike, the low damage of the fork and knife make it go a lot faster then the grey dorks in the mountan cult.

magic is easy just use SAIO to put the top lvl spells in and cast them
restoration (Circle of Protection)
ALt ( Telk and detect life at the same time in a bar or crounded area)
illusion mass charm or hysiria I use the mass charm in the bottom of Jorv ( Compainions hall ) while they are sleeping. they dont get mad because of the spell and if you dont pick any thing up about a week lator its all the crap is off the floor, also you have an expert one hand and a master 2 hand right next to you to buy lvl's from.
Con... Kill something after it is dead and looted cast soul trap on it you level fast and can smoke a cig or eat some cookies to boot.
Enchanting JUst use SAIO to give you one of every tipe of thing you can disenchant ( Makes life a whole lot easier) and i do around 10000 black soul gems (FIlled) disenchanting gets you around 40-60 then just make somthing ( I make leather bracers ) and enchant the dog S#@t out of them.

There you go All perks and skills maxed out and you have only done a hand full of side missions.
(If you want to do the Wolf Queen missions in SOl, then complete the 1st one before you max your lvl because the requirement for getting the courer is to lvl up, same with grims sword for that annoying blue faced lady in riftion talk to her then lvl and you can get the mission... Then if your like me make her a blade and watch a dragon serve her some Pancakes Skyrim style.

and as they say that is how i do it. so i dont have to worry about anything i got my gear (Thanks to SAIO) my perks (Thanks to SAIO) and a clean slate to play through Skyrim how ever I want to, and not feel like im missing out because i got it for a console. Aside from user mods, i can do any thing they can do with console commands thanks to SAIO and my own 2 cents.

The perk points will only turn itself on if it finds the proper address for them, so sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

I'm not sure if that's even possible. Is there a PC command that can enable that? If so I could see if it's doable.

Nhaa you can not do it... Its a Mod to the .ini file so its only for pc i think. I have went through the hex with a finetooth comb and can't find it. Blaa, on a side note i did noticed that the "Stronger" your bow is (Dmg 1000+) the more the arrow will penitrate. It will also transfer more momentum that will transfer as well. But at the near end of the Hit distance it will decrease the momentum and penitration.
But because of the needed modifaction to the Skyrim.ini file to increase the distance, it most likely can only be done on "Taged" systems in house if you know what i mean...
( [Actor] fVisibleNavmeshMoveDist=12288.0000 to the file C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\skyrim.ini )

And i am guessing that this will also change the "Rendering" distance making the console lag.

Thanks sorry about the impossable task

Skyrim Editor got quite a major revision in this latest build to hopefully help resolve some of these record issues that have been causing problems. Further, both spells and inventories now correctly work with all third party content and can support adding in spells for ANY new DLC as it comes available. I'm still trying to work out a way to resolve the names of each spell/item to facilitate identifying what items are available.
