i just use it for WOW ans STWOR and the net thats all thats on here lol,just wish i knew how to over clock my GPU safely without burning it up......

Overclocking a gpu is not necessarilly good overclocking a cpu on the other hand depending on which one is easy and will lead to an effective performance boost.

As for easy gpu is you happen to have an evga card you can download their overclocking utility from their site to easily and safely modify values

depends on what cpu cooler you have as overclocking it will make it run hotter. If it is the default cooler its safer not to

Is there a menu or something I could open to get all those stats and stuff that you guys have or do you have to just know it ? I'd love to post mine, you'd be surprised lol :)

If you would have read the OP it states where to get the program called CPU-Z which will list this out for you
